At La Via Deux, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We maintain high quality standards and therefore offer replacement or refund only under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund
A replacement or refund will be considered only if: The customer receives the wrong product, or Product has fabric damage or color defect products with fabric damage or color defects. To request a return, the customer must: Raise a return request within 1 days of receiving the order.Provide a clear 360° unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition.

Return Conditions
The product must be:Unused and unwashed, In original condition, With original tags attached, Properly folded as received, Returned with original packaging, Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Return Pickup & Shipping
Once approved, the return pickup will be arranged within 5–7 working days. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before further processing.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified. Upon approval, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If dispatched, the order may only be considered for exchange, subject to eligibility. In rare cases where an order cannot be processed due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be automatically cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded, without additional liability.
